Sustainable jewelry made in Colombia: Aqua Star Earrings are created using 3D printing with a plant-based biopolymer (PLA) and produced on demand in our studio, helping prevent overproduction and reduce material waste.
Inspired by the shape of starfish, Aqua Star Earrings combine five elongated arms with organic lines and a 6 mm round crystal integrated into the center of each piece. The crystal features 33 facets designed to reflect light from different angles, creating an intense sparkle that contrasts with the aqua blue finish and its subtle green undertone.
The surface features a wavy-line texture inspired by the movement of the sea, flowing across the piece and accentuating its organic shape. The layers inherent to the 3D-printing process remain subtly visible and blend into a uniform, carefully finished surface characteristic of its digital manufacturing process.
With a maxi size of 5.5 × 5.5 cm, Aqua Star has a strong visual presence without adding unnecessary weight. The use of PLA makes it possible to create a large-scale piece while maintaining the signature lightness of Dulce Design.
Each pair of earrings comes in a display box designed to showcase, protect, and store the piece between wears.
